Return and Refund Policy

 

Returns : We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a fabric that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or significally different from what you ordered, you may request a return.

Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. The fabric must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.

Fabric-Specific Returns : As fabric is often cut according to the quantity ordered, we may not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect color preferences, or incorrect quantity selected by the customer.
 
Please carefully check the product description, measurements, color, and quantity before placing your order.
 
Damaged or incorrect Products : If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible with your Order Number and clear photographs/videos showing the issue. We will review the claim and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.
 
Refunds : Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method, where possible. The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
 
Return Shipping : If the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect product, we will cover the applicable return shipping costs.
For returns that are not caused by an error or defect on our part, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
 
Non-Returnable Items : Returns may not be accepted for:
  • Fabric that has been cut, washed, altered, stitched, or otherwise used.
  • Fabric damaged after delivery due to improper handling or care.
  • Custom-cut or specially prepared fabric, unless it is defective or incorrect.
  • Orders returned after the applicable return period.
How to Request a Return : To request a return or refund, please contact us on Whatsapp Number with your Order, Name, Contact Details, and photographs/ video of the Product. We will guide you through the return process.
 
We reserve the right to assess each return request and determine whether it meets the requirements of this policy.
